Inquiries and bookings: We use the contact, organization, scheduling, budget, and project information you provide to respond, arrange calls, and deliver services. Phone and website fields in our inquiry form are optional. Please do not include confidential client records, health information, or other sensitive personal details in website forms.
Newsletter: When you subscribe to The Mission Minute, we use your signup details to send it. Use the unsubscribe link in any issue. An inquiry or free resource download is not newsletter consent.
Free resources: Downloads are available without providing an email address.
Hosting: Vercel serves this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
Optional analytics: If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes website usage and device information. Our custom events describe page visits, links, and completed actions, rather than form answers. We strip queries and fragments from our custom page-location values and do not enable advertising personalization in the site integration.

Cookies and your choices

Optional Google Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Choose Essential only to continue without it. Cookie settings in the footer lets you change that choice. Text messages

Online SMS enrollment is not currently available. Providing a phone number in an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing texts. Contact us about communication preferences or to stop an existing text conversation. Any separate messaging enrollment must explain its purpose and choices. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the record. An unsubscribe request stops newsletter delivery; limited suppression records may be retained to honor that request.
