How far in advance should we book event video production?

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event. This gives us time for pre-production planning, including reviewing your event schedule, identifying key moments to capture, and coordinating logistics with your team. For large conferences or multi-day events, 8 to 12 weeks of lead time is ideal. That said, we have accommodated last-minute requests when our schedule allows, so do not hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.

Can you produce a same-day highlight reel during our event?

Yes. Same-day highlight reels are one of our most popular event video services. We capture footage throughout your event and edit a polished 60 to 90 second highlight reel that can be shown during a closing session or shared on social media before attendees leave. This requires dedicated on-site editing resources and is available as an add-on to our standard event packages.

How many cameras do you use for event coverage?

Our event packages typically include two to three cameras, depending on the size and complexity of your event. For keynote captures and main stage sessions, we use a multi-camera setup to ensure full coverage of the speaker, audience reactions, and presentation materials. For smaller breakout sessions or behind-the-scenes coverage, a single cinema camera is usually sufficient. We can scale our crew and gear to match the scope of any event.

Do you handle audio recording for keynote speakers?

Yes. We provide broadcast-quality audio recording for all keynote and main stage sessions. We typically connect directly to your venue's soundboard for the cleanest audio feed possible and supplement with wireless lavalier microphones on speakers as a backup. Clear audio is one of the most critical elements of event video, and we take every precaution to ensure your speakers sound professional in the final deliverables.
