Before booking or paying, review your written proposal or project agreement for payment, cancellation, and refund terms. Our Terms of Service describe our published general terms, including deposits and recurring commitments.

Ask about your project

Email caleb@kolstadmedia.com with your organization, project or invoice reference, and what you would like us to review. Please do not send card numbers or banking details.

Guarantees

If your offer includes a guarantee, include that offer when you contact us. We will review your request against the applicable offer and written agreement. Ask us to confirm how any guarantee applies to your project before you pay.

This page explains how to make a request; it does not add a cancellation fee, create a new refund exclusion, or limit rights available under applicable law.
